Refund & Subscription Management Policy

Product Purchases (Skincare, Retail Items)

We offer a 30‑day return policy for online product purchases with a valid receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. No services or prebought services re eligible for refund. Store credit only.

Gift Certificates

Online gift certificate purchases may be refunded within 7 days of purchase.
After 7 days and up to 30 days, we will issue spa credit in the original purchase amount.
Gift certificates are non‑refundable after 30 days.

Services

No refunds are provided for services already rendered.
We are committed to exceptional care and will work with you to ensure satisfaction, which may include issuing spa credit or repeating a service when appropriate.


Subscription Products & Membership Orders

Subscription‑based products, memberships, and automated recurring orders follow different rules than standard purchases.

No Cash Refunds

All subscription orders — including initial purchases, renewals, and recurring charges — are non‑refundable.
If you choose to cancel a subscription order before it renews or after it has processed, we will issue store credit only.
No monetary refunds will be provided under any circumstances for subscription products.

Customer Responsibility for Subscription Management

Subscribers are fully responsible for managing their own memberships and recurring orders, including:

  • Updating payment methods
  • Changing billing dates
  • Pausing or canceling subscriptions
  • Reviewing upcoming charges

We are always happy to assist by showing you how to manage your subscription, but we cannot make changes on your behalf without your request, and we cannot refund charges that occur due to an unmanaged or active subscription.


Minimum Commitment & Fees (GLP‑1 Programs)

GLP‑1 Programs require a minimum of 3 uninterrupted months of active membership.

  • Early Termination Fee:
    If you cancel before completing the 3‑month minimum, a $50 early termination fee applies to cover program discounts and pharmacy processing already provided.

  • Reactivation Fee:
    If you pause or cancel within the first 3 months and later choose to restart, a $50 reactivation fee applies to reopen your program and resume pharmacy processing.

These fees ensure continuity of care, accurate dosing, and uninterrupted access to medication.
